About your tattoo deposit...

The deposit you give us is a contract between artist and client. We honor that contract by completing your artwork (often at night, in our personal time) and by reserving time on our schedule, just for you.

When scheduling an appointment for a tattoo, and reserving an artist's time, it guarantees you the specific time and date you requested. All other inquiries for this block of time will be turned away in order to keep the appointment time requested.

Your obligation is to show up at that time, sober, clean, well fed, and ready for the session.

Because our tattoo artist's time is limited each day, and very sought after, we ask that before making any appointment, be absolutely sure of your choice of tattoo design, and your availability for the date and time you agree to have the tattoo done.

**Your deposit amount will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.**

If your tattoo requires more than one session, your deposit is deducted from the cost of your final session. The deposit amount will vary depending on the tattoo, some tattoos (like full sleeves) take a lot more preparation than others.  Larger or more complex tattoos will require a larger deposit as they take much longer to design than a smaller tattoo.

Need to cancel or reschedule?

If you cannot keep your appointment, it is YOUR responsibility to notify the shop in advance. The more notice you give, the more likely your deposit will remain in good standing.

A MINIMUM 48 hours notice is required to reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. Failure to notify us of any scheduling changes before 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If the same appointment is rescheduled more than twice, it will be considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required.

If cancelling an appointment altogether, the deposit will only be refunded if the drawing has not yet been done as the artist has already put time and energy into your tattoo.

Keep in touch with your artist and keep them in the loop on any possible scheduling changes. Remember, the more notice you give the better.

Of course, there are exceptions in some situations, we understand that life happens and certain things cannot be avoided. These situations will be assessed on a case by case basis and we will come to an agreement on how it will be handled.

No call/no show will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Clients who no call/no show several times may be denied future services.

When you no-show or cancel last minute, we not only lose your payment, but also the payment of those whom we’ve turned away and we have bills to pay, just like anyone else. We cannot afford to lose money anymore than you can. That’s why the deposit rules are in place.

Thank you for understanding.
